First year of 2 l Tire is shot. Take off from a 1968 t120r, also as tr6 and a65. Also stock brake cable, for that year only.
Brake plate looks sound and knave. Chrome has pits, sort of OK for rider. Requires brake plate removal to free up arms and clean.
